: The property was clean and the reception lady was nice and ready to help.
: The shower was broken and we had to complain to be replaced. Because it was a Sunday and the maintenance people were off it was not fixed quickly, therefore I decided to leave for another hotel and loose the amount paid. I dont find this normal as for a Boutique Hotel the cleaning staff should notice and report such issue when preparing the room for the next guest, not to have the guest getting the room and finding issues.
