  : Location, and nice room.
  : Check-in not clear and was confusing. The numbers on the key boxes dont match instructions (mine was 103 but box only had number 3). Instructions about pass code to enter the outer door was not clear. I never met a staff member on site; I didnt like this.

  : The location was excellent. The room was very clean and spacious. Although in the city center it was so quiet. Bathroom was so nice!
  : The room was quite hot, we needed to always leave the windows open throughout the night. AC would be good. We missed glasses for a water, tea, coffee, and a water kettle.

  : Its central and has a nice, green courtyard. The music is a little bit loud.
  : Kind of a bare bones type of stay, you had everything but nothing too fancy. The sheets were not the cleanest.

  : Everything was awesome, except for two things that happened due to a heat wave and our stay falling on a Saturday night. The flat is great, spacious, and comfortable, with everything clean and updated. The location is very good.
  : Our stay was unfortunately very difficult due to the lack of any air cooling method. With a heat wave, the lack of any AC or even a fan made it nearly impossible to sleep during the evenings. Furthermore, opening the window on Saturday was a lose/lose situation due to the raging & loud party at the bar downstairs. Again, either issue would be no problem in isolation, but a solution must be found for when the two coincide.

  : Location was very good - very near black church and main square and all the restaurants, cafes and shops. Staff were extremely helpful - let me add an extra day and check in early/check out late
  : The restaurant next door was noisy until late

  : I felt very safe as there were many doors to the hotel area I did not like that there was no staff to be seen anywhere. I had to ring all the time if I needed assistance

  : Nice place in the heart of the wonderful architecture of the center of Brasov. Everything was beautiful. The rooms are not really luxurious but they are clean and comfortable. The main thing to stay in Brasov is to enjoy the environment, which is splendid
