  : The lift was broken on the 2nd night and not enough parking space. No safebox in the room, the shower head was broken, and they need to refurbish it ASAP.

  : The location is good. Its not central but its well situated. Room is very large and bed is so comfy. Also very quiet, clean, pleasent.
  : 1. Receptionist staff is not very well prepared. They know knothing about the surroundings. If you ask about a church, a pharmacy, hospital.... The answer is :"I dont know". Also They just gave the key with no room instructions. The bath tub was missing the little piece to cover the whole, and when we asked for it, you couldnt remove it anymore.2. Breakfast was quite poor, very few options. But aubergine salad and fried eggs were delicious.3. Front desk not available 24hours. There was nobody there during the night4. No phone in the room. If you had a problem, you had to go downstairs, you couldnt just ring reception5. No hand towel provided on arrival, and then, they didnt change towels or cleaner until we asked for it 3 days later

  : Hotel is great value for the price they charge, having a spacious room and acceptable beds (although the bed mattresses were rather old), big bathroom. Breakfast was diverse, coffee machine with plenty of possibilities to choose from.
  : In early morning, a smell of the preparing food for breakfast has entered the room (bad ventilation issues). In the bathroom, the towels quality could be better, and more hanging hooks could be installed, to hang towels after taking a shower or hanging your clothes. Also, the bath tub had no shower curtain or other water protection, making it very hard to take a shower without spreading water around the tub. At breakfast, although there was a good selection of tea bags, there was no lemon and no honey.
