  : 24hr reception with friendly staff that replies promptly in fluent English helps to relieve stress with transport delays, resp. risks whether key boxes would work OK at night. Location, room quality and furniture were all good given the price. Most of the rooms do not face a bit noisy street, but face the inner yard, resp. four rooms are in a separate older house inside the yard where it is very quiet.
  : They ask to re-confirm the reservation only via booking.com chat, so turn on the notifications. The official "wi-fi" in the depandance house in the inner yeard had a very slow "official wi-fi", which was often off the signal. The password written on the router in that house did not work, and they did not know it at the reception, where they sort of insisted on the other wi-fi that was so slow. There was no kettle, which is sort of standard these day (hey, the cost only about 10 euro these days!). But after all, I would be always happy to return to this tiny sort-of-a-hotel in a beautiful and wonderful Brasov.

  : The camera was infested with ants and had no windows, making the air a little suffocating. The staff was very nice though, shame the room was not in good conditions.
