  : Location was the only good thing about the property
  : Very run down, old fashioned apartment, extremely uncomfortable. Very poor shower. Place was not clean. Had to get rid of our own rubbish, apartment was never cleaned during our stay as we werent there for a week. Had to beg for another set of clean towels as again our stay was less than a week. Fob for front door doesnt always work. Hallways not lit up so dangerous at night time. Opening hours of office not convenient and had to pay late check in fee. Once we arrived the man there to check us in had basically no English so very hard to communicate and he didnt even show us down to the apartment or help with luggage and I was travelling with my pregnant sister.

  : the location of the property is really good - very close to the beach. There are some restaurants and bars close by with the marina a 5 min walk. this helps to make it a quieter location.
  : Im afraid this property needs some TLC. While it was clean it was very tired and things were broken. For example the balcony doors in the bedroom did not lock so the room was not secure, the outside of the fridge had been painted with a strange white paint and really badly to cover the yellowing trim. the sofa bed looked very old - Im glad we didnt have to use it. The handset to the fan unit in the bedroom had gone missing so we couldnt use it so had to have a plug in fan provided instead. The other problem we had is that booking.com did not tell the agents who rent the accommodation that we had booked an apartment with single beds. So we had to have quite an uncomfortable conversation to get this sorted. At first they said we would have to pay more for a T2 apartment! The ladies at the offices were very helpful.

  : the staff in reception were great and very helpful. however the apartment needed an really good clean and refurb. there was chia and cutlery in the kitchen but thats all. some of the china in the cupboards was left unclean ( had not been washed since it was used). no washing up liquid of washing up brush provided. curtains were stained. wall tiles in the bathroom were cracked shower curtain had mould on it but was replaced after this was noted. shower did not work for the first few days. sheets not changed the whole time of our stay ( over a week). other issues too.

  : Location was great for us good size had everything we needed the lady in office extremely helpful plenty of storage space
  : Air-conditioning not very good kept leaking onto balcony generally very dated had problems with main door locking and bits falling off furniture swimming pool not very inviting
