  : This hotel is exceptionally well located. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was large with a view of the street. Breakfast was good with a good variety of choices.

  : Great location. Comfy bed. Very clean. Friendly staff. The hotel is ideal for staying in Porto if you just need a room to sleep in. The hotel is near to all the main attractions with most in walking distance.
  : Perhaps more drawers in the room to store belongings and clothing.

  : The hotel looks very old-fashioned and aged. Room was clean, We could clearly listen to the discussion our neighbours were chatting about.We could not have breakfast due to early check-out, but the room / we were charged with the prize. It was not possible to discount the prize with the breakfast, either no support to provide us a breakfast bag with a minimal like a bread or cockie and water. We were very much disappointed how unflexible the manager were.

  : The hotel receptionst was super friendly and very helpful. Armingo was in charge of breakfast and he did a great job on his own accommodating several diners at the same time. The hotel is well-positioned and very convenient.
  : The breakfast offering was minimal but adequate. There were paper cups in the bathroom the first night, but housekeeping did not replace these the next few days we were there and we had to ask for more. Bring your own kettle as the room did not have one. There is also no fridge in the room. It was very hot so the aircon was on most of the time. There was no drainage for the aircon pipe except across the balcony floor making the tiles slippery and precarious. It is not suggested for people with disabilities as there is a steep flight of stairs to ascend before reaching the elevator on the first floor. The shower is in the bath and not suitable for tall people.
