  : I was very pleasantly surprised by this place. The room was very large, with a nice balcony, overlooking basically the entire coastline of the island, it was great. The staff was also so nice, they really made sure I had everything I needed, checked in to see if I was enjoying my stay, let me check out at 6pm so I didn't have to rush to pack my gear after diving, they also sent a taxi driver to pick me up after the one I got at the ferry stop dropped me off at the wrong hotel (tip for other travellers: there's also a place called Praia Dourada, which is much closer to the port and apparently better known, so make sure to state very clearly that you're going to Areia Dourada). The hotel has all the amenities, you can refill your water bottle, there's a fantastic beach nearby, it's a good place to go hiking from and there's a decent amount of nice restaurants within walking distance. I really hope I can come back to this place someday soon!
  : The breakfast was not great, but honestly, at that price and with everything else being fantastic, I really didn't care that much. There's also a massive bakery pretty much next door, so you could check that out (I didn't have the time to, unfortunately).

  : In our 2 weeks at Madeira archipelago, this was the most expensive accommodation, yet still the cheapest we could find at Porto Santo island. The rooms are not super modern, but they have all you need - even airconditioning, which is unusual around here. The location is also good. The staff was great, allowed for early check-in and late check-out according to our ferry schedule, with no additional payment.
  : Breakfasts were just ok.

  : Good location close to pretty nice beach. Quiet and peaceful part of the city Pleasant and friendly staff, everyone has been very helpful Very nice sea view room
  : Due to limited transport options, it is far from harbor. There was no fridge in the room, so even the water was hot. The beds creaked, so the movement woke everyone in the room.
