  : There was a large cockroach in the first room and the shower was broken in the second. We arrived late from the ferry because of bad weather and there was no food or drink available

  : The staff was pleasant and eager to assist us. However, a lack of training and resources reduces the degree of service.
  : The final finishes of the room, and perhaps the entire hotel, did not impress me. They had the room available at the last minute, and I was relieved that I did not have to wait long despite the fact that it was after 5 p.m. There was no water in the room, so I went to the bar to get some. It wasn't their fault, but a cockrach jumped out as I opened the fridge to put the water in. The shower was intended for individuals with disabilities, but it was not what I had reserved. In general, the experience was unpleasant, particularly considering the price I paid.

  : We had an apartment which had a lot of space and was comfortable to stay in. Breakfast had a lot of variety, I just didn't like the coffee they had (which happened in a lot of hotels on Madeira as well). The staff was really friendly as well. Everything seemed quite clean as well.
  : Not much to say, our apartment had some ants living in the joints of the entrance door.
