  : Location was central to our travel. Excellent breakfast. Nice view from rooftop pool. Staff very helpful
  : There was construction in the adjacent building or hotel where hammer drilling and jackhammering took place between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. I understand this was likely outside of the control of the hotel.

  : The only negative thing was our Europe adapter did not work in your outlet , the second one worked but not for straightener . When asked at the desk if they had one I could borrow they didnt. The second night the guy on at the desk told us about a place just around the corner of the hotel thst we could buy on and he charged our phone , he was a sweetheart. We were so thank you. Its very frustrating when you cant charge your iPhone as we needed thst yo get around the island. We bought the adapter for 4.50 euros , so why could you not have a few on hand to purchase if for some reason theres didnt work. That night desk guy went beyond and we were so so grateful. He was on the evening shift Monday sept 18. Left at midnight. He was a life saver.

  : Really enjoyed our stay here, exceeded expectations for the price. The Location is excellent right in the heart of PD and close to everything. The staff at front desk were great. The breakfast was good especially the breakfast waffles. Lunnch and dinner were good too. It is a quiet hotel, can't hear the neighbours and it is very clean. Recommend.
  : TV position in the room was awkward but got used to it, breakfast was good but breakfast options not consistent ie some mornings no sausages, bathroom was nice and spacious but a little dated. Nitpicking, small things.

  : The location was lovely. The front desk staff was very kind, and provided change when we needed to feed the meter. Our room was nice and fairly cozy. The best parts of the hotel are really the lobby and main public areas.
  : Parking was not available. At least metered parking wasn't much $. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, but not as much as the staff working the breakfast who couldn't be bothered to get us silverware. We walked in about an hour before the end of breakfast and there was practically nothing left to eat. It was not restocked while we were there.

  : The fruit flavoured water at reception was very nice. The central location. The friendly staff. Staff were very helpful. Helping us book extra tours and helped us to rent a car. Very comfy bed and delicious breakfast. Lots of variety. Lovely paintings on the wall of views of ponta delgada. Lovely looking interior of hotel, stair case was beautiful.
  : The staff stopped me at breakfast as I was making a little sandwich to bring as a snack for Later.

  : Location is convenient and walking distance to a lot of sites in Ponta Delgado. Room was spacious. Breakfast was decent but your typical hotel breakfast. Tip: Make sure to make reservations for dinner at any restaurants, as they get filled up very quickly and can be challenging to find a place with a table. Book in advance.
  : There is limited parking at the hotel, however there is street parking but you need to pay for it. Hotel is old and could use some updates. Hotel restaurant is ok, would recommend to go to other restaurants in the city.
