  : Sorry, I couldn't find any.
  : The hotel staff and management. There is no way classified as 4-star hotel. No iron, coffee maker or complimentary water in room. Location is not good, not close to anything major attractions. It takes 8 mins walk to the closest Metro station. 4 mins walk to the nearest bus stop. Closet is so tiny and shallow. You have to hang clothes horizontal to the rod. We stayed for 7 nights. There were few problems during our stay. 1. Sink in bathroom seriously leaking first thing we found after we checked in to our room. We checked in late in the evening and the maintenance guy was already off. We were stuck with no sink to use for that night. Seriously, anyone who turn on the tap would see the puddle of water underneath immediately. Technically, housekeeper must mop the floor dry to prepare the room for customers. We asked for room change or change to other Eurostar hotel or cancel the booking but she said we can't cancel because we booked through Booking.com. We were out of luck for a room change because hotel. We are not allowed to switch to other Eurostar hotel in Lisbon. She didn't offer any help or concern to address our sufferings and her attitude is as if we get what we have. 2. All elevators were out of service for two days. Luckily, we were on third floor. 3. The door of our room were left opened when we returned one evening. Manager asked us to go through our stuff but no follow up call to address our concern. 4. Room housekeeper didn't return to clean our room when we asked them to come again in half an hour. 5. Staff and manager of the hotel doesn't really show pity or sincere apology of all the problems we encountered. We expressed our dissatisfaction at check-out. Staff promised to report to the management but so far after 9 days, we haven't heard from them.

  : The breakfast was good along with the bed of the rooms. We slept quite well and the hotel was very quite in the night. It was also close to many restaurants and cafes.
  : The car parking was a bit expensive and the hotel was a bit far from the town centre. There were not many things that you could do in the hotel and also in the room there were no facilities to make a coffee or a tea,
