  : The apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and has free parking.
  : There is a lot of noise outside, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. People are constantly out on the streets yelling and loitering. appliances are pretty disgusting (i.e. Washing machine has mold)

  : The apartment was clean and bright and parking downstairs was a bonus. The location has its advantages and disadvantages- it is close to almost everywhere in Lisbon, but it overlooks Martin Moniz Square which tends to be a meeting place for all sorts of people. It can be loud at night with much noise coming from the crowds in the square. The apartment has everything you need for an extended stay in Lisbon.
  : No air-conditioning is a problem. You are located above an Asian Food hall which makes the apartment very warm. Opening windows helps but this comes with the problem of street noise. This was less of a problem for us in October but staying in the summer months could be a problem.

  : Location was great. Supermarket two minutes walk. Good view over castle. Transportation right on doorstep.
  : I would not like to stay here in the hot summer months as would definitely need air conditioning and there is none. However, we were staying here in October and although needed fans at night it was a great temperature

  : outside the property was very dirty and loud. there were a lot of drunk people hanging out around the area.

  : building is nice, parking available , location is very good and apartment very well equipped
  : apartment not well maintained: shower handle broken, bathroom handle broken, washing machine makes a loud noise when spinning , pans handles broken, main couch not very clean , hair dryer was very dirty, so overall many issues did not make our stay comfortable. the manager offered to fix the shower but this would have meant missing a nice day out to wait for the fixing which we surely could not afford.

  : The location was very central for visiting the main tourist attractions. The apartment was spacious, very well equiped, and comfortable for our family of four. Juan was very nice and gave some great advice on our arrival for places to start our visit.
  : The entrance from the back of the building doesn't give the best of impressions, but once inside and with the view over the main square and the castle, that becomes less important.
