  : Proximity to Rossio Square and the train, metro stations, and shopping. The room was very clean and functional. Staff was always friendly and willing to help.
  : Unfortunately, our room did not have a good view. The floor wobbles and gives you the feeling of being on a boat.

  : No screens on windows and massive mosquitos. Don't leave window open. Very bad mildew smell in the bathroom. Need felt like you were heading downhill with your head. Pillows hard. Breakfast like everywhere else.

  : Central enough to easily walk to all central sights plus old town (were mid 60s). Adequate comfort all round.Friendly and helpful front desk staff.We paid 120 a night which was the best deal we found for such a central location.
  : Street a bit grubby but the hotel is only a 50 mtre walk to a nice square with cafes etc.Our room had a rearward view which is of derelict buildings.About 20 steps to the front desk then another flight to the 2 person lift to upper floors - ok for us but maybe not for others.Probably not up to scratch if youre a bit posh.

  : The apartment is at a different address than stated. You have to go to checkin at them, then carry your suitcase to the real address , at about 500m, address which you have to insist a lot in order that they tell you the real address before arriving, although already paid.The apt is located at 4th floor, no elevator, no info about this when booking. The stairs are extremely difficult if you have a suitcase.When we asked why they do not specify the real (!) address and the long stairs when booking, they were sth like: we want to help you by staying there, if you do not like this is it. The real help would be to specify the correct address and the long and steep stairs, just to be informed before booking!Many messages with no answer from them during the stay, as I can prove, and a lot of phone calls not answered also - once for the demagnetized card, then for the check out. They only answered when I called from a different number than the one they knew.The appt is ok, the location also, but it is completely dishonest and unprofessional not to specify before booking that it has a different address than stated, that the stairs are almost impossible with a heavy suitcase, and not to answer messages and phone calls. Also the attitude again: though obviously wrong about the above, never at least apologized, but kept on saying they were helping to let us stay over for the night, and then we can find sth else in the morning - as if they were not completely paid in advance

  : Construction works just aside, vert noisy starting early morning. Elevator not available in ground floor, long steep stairs if you carry heavy luggage. No gluten-free options for celiacs.
