  : This was our second time staying at Pousada Vila Obidos and we will stay again. The location is perfect if you want to stay inside the town walls. Staff are very nice and helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable. We had a very restful night.

  : It was a charming location inside the walls of Obidos, but since the place was overbooked they transferred me and my wife to other property of the same group, Pestana. It seemed like a huge downgrade, with no reimbursement. They said it was Bookings fault.
  : When we got at the Pousada they said that Booking shouldnt have sold the room since they were full, but they would manage us to another facility. Usually when this happens, you receive an upgrade and not a downgrade. I didnt complain nothing at checkin because the receptionist said we would be very nice installed, no worries. But that was not what happened. We had to carry all heavy bags all the way up the town, to get to a place with no service, no staff, kind of like apartments . Room had a mold smell, and the air conditioning a lot of dust. I looked up at Booking and the place we stayed was almost half the price that the one I paid for. I hope to get a reimbursement for that difference (at least)
