  : Location, view from Villa 60 was fantastic, hotel pool and the hotel staff were fantastic
  : Balcony was small, there were no hand rails to the first floor Villas, this made it difficult for my 85 year old mother in law. The Villa pool area needs some work to improve it

  : Enjoyed the location, the closeness of the beach. The fact that I could bring my dog was a great plus! The reception staff and people we talked via mail and phone prior our stay were amazing and very kind. The breakfast was ok.
  : - Lack of expertise of the staff at the breakfast area- Staff lacking English knowledge (Breakfast area and pool)- Lack of organised activities (mostly at night)- No compromise in request made regarding restrictionThe staff at the breakfast lacked professionalism. I understand recruiting young workers once they have to start and learn somewhere. However, team leaders or restoration managers should be keen on the hospitality and restaurant area to control, lead and correct the younger staff. Such was not the case. In fact I believe the older and supposedly more experienced workers were not specialists in the area.I saw the younger workers in a bad mood, not friendly, no smile at all. They looked like vultures always surrounding the tables with an insisting look after our dishes to retrieve them. I understand that such as to be done however, some discretion could be done rather than making the customers feel uncomfortable and at time even trying to retrieve a dish with food that I was actually eating. In addition, the English level was notably bad, when the young staff would approach the table to attempt retrieving a dish the question/word would be "fin ?" or "fini ?" which I believe was an attempt to say "Have you finished?"I even noticed an older staff shouting directions at a customer that was asking where the milk was, the customer even had to ask the staff to be quieter. Besides the English was so poor that the only words coming out were "there, there, there" adding a Portuguese word "va, va, va" meaning go, go, go, which is quite rude I must say.Furthermore, it had been asked if there were going to be vegan products for breakfast, such as cheese and "ham" (Violife one possible brand). It was assured that such options would be available which was not the case.Besides the tags available on the food were wrongly set.

  : beautiful clean villa close to town - 10 min walk or 2 min drive to Intermarch. Boardwalk along to fabulous O Luis restaurant just outside room and beach about 30 seconds away
  : The indoor pool is too cold! even a few degrees warmer would make a big difference.
