  : Room size & balcony size.
  : We were upgraded to a one bed apartment. From what I think was a pool view. Room size was good, and the balcony was large, but we were over a busy roundabout and bar area, so when the doors were open, it was incredibly noisy day and night. The room was very strangely decorated and with random ornaments, and they took a breakage charge at check-in like I was expected to break something. The lighting was not great for reading in the evening. Even the furniture was strange couldn't open the bedroom drawers and the plug fittings came out of the wall when you plugged anything it. Only went to the pool once on the first day. Man was pressure washing more noise, and the stag party were there swearing all day. The luggage room was not secured, so anyone could walk in and out. As we were leaving, there was a drunk non-resident local male in the lobby who harassed me staff we're very slow to respond to, and when I made a complaint I was told they had followed procedure. So basically, they let drunk locals intimidate women but its ok because they have a procedure I would definitely not recommend for a girls' trip of women solo travelling. I also emailed my concerns before leaving my review in order to get any form of apology, which I didn't.

  : We were upgraded to the sister hotel next door. Hotel was in a prime location for everything Very clean , and staff were welcoming and helpful The breakfast was lovely too
  : The rooms could do with updating and the beds were not the most comfortable but still was very good for the money
