  : Did not eat at the hotel, like to try different places, but excellent restaurants around the facilities. The pool was sooooo beautiful, short walk to the beach, with coves and stunning surroundings. We loved the place and will for sure come back. Our room was at the same level as the pool, with a nice pool view. Great staff. Short walk to the strip with shopping, 5 minutes with Uber to the old town.
  : Trash around the facilities, and beach. This is the same in Lisboa, Cascais and Albufeira. Smoking around the pool area.

  : Pool was very pretty, too cold to swim in tho. Had access directly to the beach, and not a far walk to lots of restaurants and bars.
  : Very dated, this place was prob awesome in the 90s. Looked better in photos than in person, and had terrible water pressure in the shower. Elevator is also very slow and its hot in the waiting room. Air conditioner in the room wasnt great either.

  : Very near beach , not far from lots of shops and restaurants. Pool area nice.
  : Not a 5star as such.. i would give a 3. Lots of little repairs to be done to the hotel/areas/rooms. Could be better!

  : Their All inclusive system was awful!! Make it very complicated to understand!The pool area & pool was dirty!, hardly ever cleaned the pool. It needs more staff to manage.

  : Very limited amenities. There is only 1 restaurant at this hotel location contrary to their website. The restaurant is open for a short, limited amount of time during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This hotel is not well maintained and not up to date. It needs to be remodeled. Limited staff.

  : Ran out of good things to say about this hotel to be honest it is notthe 5* hotel it was advertised to be, 3* at best. Many people who we met there were just as shocked as us on check-in. We thought we arrived at the wrong hotel at first. We arrived late in the evening and learnt there is no room service and had to take a shuttle bus to the snack bar late at night. Its not really what you would expect for a quick snack. Ended up being a 45 min round trip for a ham and cheese sandwich. Note: thats all the snack bar offers.The rooms are big and spacious but need tlc. Everything in the room can be said to just be basic. We had to change rooms after one day and the second room had issues with broken fridge and safe. Staff did fix but there is just a lack of attention to detail to this place. There was no cotbed on arrival as requested so had to fuss around with getting one bought up to the room. The bathroom was full of grout and the bath needed replacing as it was dirty. We were surprised to see no proper toiletries for a 5* hotel.The bed only has one pillow per person, and there were no bottles water in rooms. These are just the basics youd expect a 5* to have. No bedside lamp, its lights on or off.The hotel has restaurants affiliated to it (they boast 18) if you opt for all inclusive but they are not easily positioned and you have to take a shuttle bus to some. We spoke to a lot of guests during our stay who shared the same disbelief that this is a 5* hotel and also tipped eachother off on the restaurants worth going to. Aqua bar and Japanese are best. Avoid Mexican. Breakfast is ok, lunch is better. A lot of choice.Albufeira itself is a dump, full of sports bars and rowdy drinkers. Parts of the area littered and it just looks like a building site in some areas.There is a bar at the hotel called skybar with zero atmosphere. Old town Albufeira is just as bad as new town, but the beach there is nice.
