  : The location and views are great, almost every corner of the hotel. Friendly stuff and housekeeping are the cherries on the cake.It's value for the money, and I will definitely recommend it.
  : The pools are freezingly cold. We came with swimming clothes and accessories that we didn't use at all.I wish they would consider an indoor pool with one of the many pools they have. Also, the rooftop bar is amazing with beautiful views and interior. It will be nice if the live music entertainment is moved up instead of squeezing them at the cocktail bar area

  : -location was great and having a free transfer to the old town was convenient. -the overall building, facilities and cleanliness were good -the themed nights for dinner offered good variation-the animation team always brought a great amount of energy -all staff members were courteous and friendly
  : -whilst the variation of food was good, the overall choice and quality could improve (often dishes cold and kids range was poor)-you simply have to always heat one of the childrens pools to a suitable temperature (above 26 degrees). I cant understand why the small pools were so so cold (21 degrees is not acceptable for a resort focusing on family holidays and small children) -if you want to go to the free a la carte offering then book as soon as you arrive -more toys in the childrens room would also be great

  : Very clean, spacious rooms and large balcony.Drinks excellent and efficient bar servicePool areas all very cleanPlenty of choice of activities for everyone.Staff very helpful, our son was sick at start of the holiday and there was a hotel nurse available to come to our room which was great peace of mind.Rooftop bar is fabulous with amazing views.
  : -Water very cold in pools in May but assume would be a bit warmer during high summer season. Not the hotels fault.-The size of the pool areas didnt suit us as found it hard to keep track of children, its very busy at the main pools and its very large area so found it hard to relax. This is a very big property in general, even inside but that just wasnt suitable for our family needs. Will obviously suit others. The quiet pool was a better scale and generally more relaxing-no loud music etc-If you have food allergies-nuts etc beware booking all inclusive- none of the food in buffet has any allergy labels. You have to order from a separate one sheet menu which isnt great if you are all inclusive and especially if its a child with allergies- they will still want to be able to eat from the buffet. We havent had this problem in other local hotels so I wasnt expecting there to be no labelling at all.Food could be better.

  : This is a modern and very clean hotel. The staff were excellent in their care - from the warm and informative welcome at reception at arrival to assorted other interactions (including very attentive and patient help when our son managed to hurt his arm when playing). The rooms and shower rooms are nicely spacious. The food is very good and we enjoyed the convenience of everything being included in the package. Our boys loved the water slides!
  : The hotel was somewhat lacking in decor - especially the rather plain reception area. The swimming pools are NOT heated, so you need to be ready for a cold swim if you arrive outside the hot season. Shame the TVs did not have some of the English language news stations.

  : Very good service, great buffet, clean, lot of activities to choose from. Great gym, pools.
  : Lifts are not great, lot of waiting time, especially to get to pool level. Slippy surface around pools, hard for young kids to walk on their own. Kids club open for short time, since 10am - kids wake up early and there is literally nothing to do when the weather is bad

  : Fantastic hotel. Spotless clean. Food was good. Plenty for everyone. Staff were helpful and friendly. The entertainment staff were exceptional. Always happy and fun and great with kids of all ages. Special mention to vinny. Good location. 10 minute walk to New Town.
  : I honestly can't find much fault in the hotel. Its a huge hotel and well run. There does be queue for lifts. But we were lucky yo be on first floor.
