  : Need more than one key, sharing was a pain and everyone was leaving the front door ajar to get in to the building didnt get a response to any messages or chats First Aid box on wall was empty!

  : The location was very noisy. The shutters were broken and with no curtains it was difficult to sleep at night. Also, the mattresses were very old and uncomfortable. So were the pillows.

  : Very clean apartment in a great central location. Cleaners were very pleasant and helpful. Beds were comfortable, changed towels mid week.
  : Poor communication prior to the holiday and following my husband having an accident where he missed stepped/slipped onto an extremely steep disabled slope, twisting his ankle and falling forward at speed putting his hand out to stop himself, putting it through glass window (not safety glass) we stayed in the apartment all afternoon waiting for someone to come and see us no one arrived. My husband injured his hand quite severely, but it could have been a lot worse as the window broke into massive shards of glass. The only time they contacted me was to get the money for the glass replacement, which they kept 150euros of the deposit that I paid on arrival, plus they took a further 50euros straight from my card, not sure how they done this without me being present? There is no reception for these apartments, I went into the Edifico apartments reception area, and they knew nothing about my booking? Be very careful if you're on the higher floors the lights go off before you reach the bottom, and the disabled slope is very steep. Finally, the upper floor balcony wall gave me extreme anxiety as below waist height and could be a horrible accident waiting to happen.
