Rent like home - Pardałówka III

Very Good
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: A cute & quirky condo with some fun touches. The location is close to downtown (long walk or short drive) but off the main thoroughfare. A short hike up the hill towards town results in incredible views.
: The communication was good at first but then became less helpful. Upon arrival you have to get the keys from a crowded downtown area- no parking available. The instructions for the entrance & parking at the property were not accurate & left us frustrated on arrival. Once we figured it out the condo was a great family place. One note- the shower was a tiny jetted tub that you cannot stand up in.

Good

  : Good location.
: Sink was broken, shower was very small and without curtain.

Poor
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Nothing
: - The apartment is too small for family, the shower in the bathroom is too bad you will not be able to take shower while youre standing you have to set in the shower.- No WiFi in the first 6 hours - Heaters not working well and the water become cold very fast. - No water for more than 8 hours and the staff are not helpful they said that they cannot help tell the next day and we left the apartment at that day.- Bad experience

Very Poor
Traveller Type:
: The only thing that we liked about this property is where it is located.
: First of all, the reception to pick up the keys for the apartment is allocated about 20 minutes ride far from the apartment. So I had to spend extra money for the taxi to go pick up the keys. After telling me the number of the apartment, we had to stay 1.3hrs outside the apartment trying to get in using the door code, while the assisant that was on the phone was no help at all. After many tries, we managed to get in and what we find, does not look nothing like the pictures. Bed sheets all stain, the smallest tub i ever saw where we had to stay on our knees to take a bath, the beds were too hard that every morning we woke up like statues, we couldnt even move. The third bedroom was located in an attic with just a mattress on. The sofa bed you could feel all the metal going in your back. There wasnt even a lift to go up , and it was allocated on the third floor. And also, when i asked them if we can stay a bit mire after the check out they told me NO and if i can leave the keys and the apartment so i wont AGAIN have to spend for a taxi just to drop the keys, they told me to stick with the rules and to get the keys to the reception. So in total I had to spend 200PLN on taxis just to get and drop the keys.
