  : Free entrance to Aqua Park was a great added feature. The hotel and the Aqua Park are connected and it made for easy access. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient.
  : The buffet was complete for Europeans who like lunchmeat, pickles, olives, salads and the like for breakfast. For Americans, pretty much our breakfast was limited to two types of cold cereal and bread with preserves. Yogurt was available, with limited choice. Coffee, hot tea and juices were fine. The rooms were clean, but small and dated. The walls were paper thin.

  : The room was very standard. There was quite a lot of space. Breakfast was included in the price and it was a buffet with not too many options but the food was okay. The location is quite good - within walking distance of the center. I imagine if you have a car it's even more comfortable. The pools are very nice. A good place to relax.

  : We book rooms with double bed via booking but we only got single bed rooms. Playroom fr kids is poor, hotel is very simple no bar coffee just bad. Breakfast were good, staff nice. I would give middle range.

  : Right next to the Zakopane Termy (Hot Springs) with water park with naturally heated waters which was great fun for kids and adults (free for hotel guests). There are smaller rooms with direct access to the indoor water park, but you have to walk across the parking lot to enter the building from the larger rooms, but it was not to bad if the weather is not cold.You can get professional massages of various types as well as physical therapy procedures in spa on the bottom floor of the hotel for around $50 for an hour session. Bowling alley above water park, but you have to enter through a single outside gate opening between hotel and water park ( the water park is much easier to access through the inside of the hotel).
  : Staff is not always knowledgable about there own hotel and I was sometimes given wrong directions to facilities. Poor to nonexistent English among hotel staff (spa staff knew English). You are supposed to be able as hotel guests to get free towels for the pool from the hotel, but it was such a hastle that I preferres to pay the 5 zlotych $1.25 fee pee towel at the water park.No AC, but mountain area makes the climate cooler.

  : Great location, the biggest advantage is the thermal bath which was great.
  : The walls are a bit thin.
