Praga Zupnicza P&O Serviced Apartments

  : My booking of the apartment in Praga Zupnicza, Miodowa street, P&O Confirmation number 3794.957.892, was arbitrarily changed. After a long travel in traffic jams coming to the place - Miodowa street, Praga Zupnicza - my colleague for whom I ordered the apartment was told that he should go to another address. It is in a long distance from the place he needed to stay and in an old flat not adequate the level of accommodation paid. The owners told they have informed about the change. It was not true. I have checked emails. There was one email from May 9th (a day before the flight) confirming the address I booked and another email where was mentioned ARKADIA 4, without an address. When my colleague came to the booked address Miodowa street, Praga Zupnicza, he was not able to get the booked apartment and when he contacted P&O apartments, he was told to go to 7 SLOMINSKIEGO STREET, another address not mentioned in any email and again a long ride in a traffic jam was in front of him. The quality of this 3rd apartment was much lower and far from the place he needed to stay. We found that it is not the first case P&O proceeded like this. There are repeated reports of undelivered bookings on the internet by this firm. Other travellers had also the very same problem with P&O Apartments. It is unacceptable. Booking.com should cancel cooperation with this firm as it is spoiling a good name of Booking.com.
