  : Appartaments are in good location - approx 30 min from old town by feet. Well equipped
  : Appartaments ate really great equipped, howevwer: 1. hood in the kitchen extracts steam, smells back to the room instead of letting them out into ventilation shaft, 2. There is a dishwasher machine, but it is not maintained - lack of salt and rinsing liquid, no washing tablets are left for use (traveling people are not to buy such while travelling), 3. Same for washing machine - no soap or tablets for laundry washing, 4. Vacuum cleaner - bag ful of dust, no replacement bags available, 5. Plinth corners are missing for most of the corners, 6. Main shower head is jammed with lime, seems like was never been cleaned. These are really easy to be fixed with good will of the host.

  : pickup key from far location is not good at all. There was some people are making noisy working for a different apartment it is very strange difficult to sleep nobody can talk To no reception available in building. @It is difficult to communicate with hotel officials. No one tells you about the apartment facilities

  : Relatively clean and tidy. Even though location right next to the road the place is quiet. Modern TV able to cast and watch online programs.
  : Key collection is at another location. Maintenance of the facility is poor with toilet doors that don't lock, shower rail coming off and even the fuse box exposed. Booked for 6 people but not many blankets and pillows to go around. Single beds are quite short for taller persons.

  : The deposit was coming back only after 2 weeks, when it was promised less than a week. Deposit price is half bigger than one night stay in this hotel. Location is not the best, but not the worst too.

  : The apartment is located across the road from the Wisla River, on a stretch that is packed in the summer with people eating, drinking and enjoying the atmosphere. There are 2 supermarkets within a 7 minute walk, a small convenience store on the doorstep and a 24-hour alcohol shop a stone's throw away. The walk to the nearest tram stop is 5 minutes. From there you have multiple lines taking you to the central train station (4 stops), central shopping district (2-3 stops) and the famous Nowy Swiat (New World) street (1 stop). In the opposite direction across the river the trams will take you to the up and coming Praga district, worth a visit. The apartment is modern, clean and warm. The balcony overlooks the main road, on the other side of which is the river. There is a night club called Sen in the building opposite. However, inside the apartment is very quiet. The beds are on the softer side but comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with a good oven and ceramic cooking hobs, as well as large fridge, coffee capsule (Dolce Gusto) machine, plenty of cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses/cups. The wardrobe space is ample. An iron and ironing board are provided. There is a decent washing machine in the bathroom. These factors would usually score a high rating from me. However, various problems let this property down.
  : The word "problems" sums up our stay nicely: 1) The wifi did not work for the entire duration of our stay 2) There were no instructions on where to throw out the bins 3) We were given the wrong key, which we found out only when trying to access the apartment in another part of the city 4) The bulb in the bedroom light was broken 5) The shower seal was broken, leading the bathroom to be flooded on one occasion during a shower Problem 3 was rectified immediately following a phone call. Problems 4 and 5 were fixed two days later when a repairman was sent to us on the afternoon of Christmas Eve. Problem 1 was not fixed at all, despite reminding P&O Apartments repeatedly throughout our almost 2-week stay, which was a frustrating inconvenience. The excuse given to us by the repairman was that the property owner had not paid his internet bill! The solution to problem 2, as easy as it would seem, was not communicated to us despite me asking through Whatsapp on the number provided when calling their customer service line. A further issue was that the bathroom door handle on the inside was partly faulty, making it very difficult to open the door from the inside. The most frustrating of all was the lack of communication from P&O Apartments to inform us of the progress of fixing these issues. We did all the contacting. Moreover, a week after sending a complaint email following our stay, the company has not replied to us with an apology. P&O's properties have the potential to offer comfortable, good-value accommodation in premium locations, but they are spoiled by incompetent management and poor customer service.

  : The room was big and with nice view nothing else.
  : The room was a mess and it hasn't been cleaned after the check out from the previous visitors. We couldn't use this room. Also the communication with the office to arrange our arrival and some details was difficult. Still after 10 days they don't return me the money of the security for the room. I am trying to contact the manager with email or phone but there isn't reply.

  : The location was sensational, as was the view from the balcony. You can get to the riverbank in three minutes, the city centre in about twenty minutes and Legia's stadium in about twenty minutes on foot. The common areas in the building were spotless.
  : It was quite difficult to find as the entrance was on a different street from the address. The apartment itself wasn't perfectly clean when we moved in; we found a previous occupant's earring. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work so that was pretty damp. The air conditioning in the kitchen started to leak on the last day.

  : The location is superb with spaciuos parking and shops and restaurants nearby
  : First of all they take a deposit about which there isnt a single mention anywhere. Afterwards the aparment was dirty, cups with lipstick and the best part were two totally broken chairs.
