  : Its situated close to the railway and bus station
  : Room was smelling bad like someone smoking inside. Towels had the same smell. Toilet was broken

  : Spacious bedroom area with small table to eat at. Also ample space in bathroom.Shower had excellent water pressure and temperature. The apartment was clean and good size.It was situated on a straight road directly leading to bus and rail station which was great as I entered and left by train and also used buses.The staff were helpful and contacted me regularly to help me arrive as easily as possible.They arranged a direct accomodation pick up for a day excursion. Very friendly, helpful young man took me to pick up point and waited with me to ensure I got on correct bus.
  : Although the apartment was clean overall, it wss a little tired and could do with being refreshed but this may be planned as end of high season past?Bathroom floor I found to be slippery when wet as was the shower basin without any mats to reduce risk of slips.I chose an apartment to cater for myself but I found it to be poorly equipped really and the cooking utensils a little worn, especially the frying pan. There were no useful utensils such as a spatula, hence a scratched pan ?A few more useful utensils would have been beneficial although I wasnt expecting a fully equipped kitchenJust to make people aware that the road the apartment is licated on is a busy one.

  : The location was great, I could easily access the Old Town on foot and reach other places by convenient tram connections. The view from my room opened towards A. Lubomirskiego street, which could sometimes get very noisy (especially in the mornings), but also had a cool historic vibe (especially at night). Old buildings and architecture definitely give this street a lot of character and a sense of the past :)
  : The noise from my neighbours' room at 2-3 a.m. was quite annoying. Also, the staff could have been more responsive to my questions before the trip.

  : The apartment overall is great. You have a kitchen with everything that you might need, the location overall is great. Clean and warm.
  : Quite thick walls, you'll hear everything that is going on in other apartments. WIFI is extremely bad. With that wifi speed you won't be able to have any sorts of calls in your messengers, etc. Very unstable and slow connection. For the last 3 days there was no wifi AT ALL - I asked the receptionist to do something, but they did nothing. If you, just like me, plan to work remotely - I would not recommend this place because of wifi problems. You won't get your work done.

  : Photos of the room do not correspond to the actual situation. In the photo the bed is on the second tier and there is a living room. In fact, there is only one bed in the middle of the room

  : The Hotel is located directly at the bus station. That was the only positive thing to mention.
  : I arrived at around 21:00 by bus and went to the apartment to check in. The check-in went well. But when I arrived at the apartment I was baffled about the state of the interior. Based on the pictures that I looked at in the booking process I expected - and paid for - something completely different. The whole apartment was dirty. The sheets of the bed and the mattress where extremly dirty. Besides of the bed the kitchen and bathroom where also not cleaned and worn. I tried to contact the reception but the office was closed and the given number was not reachable. I also contacted them on booking.com but never heard back from them. Since I couldn't reach the reception and the apartment was extremly dirty, I was forced to book another apartment last minute on airbnb. I never had such a bad experience when traveling

  : 1. Great location. It's located near the central bus/trains station. There's also a big shopping mall, where you can buy anything you want starting from groceries and drugs to sport equipment2. It was very warm inside3. Almost all basic household stuff was present: dishes, detergent, soap, towels.
  : 1. THERE'S NO GOOD WIFIAbsolutely poor and non-stable wifi connection. It literally did disappear dozens of times per day. And the staff reaction to this problem was quite unseemly. I asked them to verify the connection or restart the router, but the girl from the reception (the only staff besides housemaid I had met) didn't do anything but said that she had good internet connection. It was so disturbing because the same internet network by that time hadn't been working for 1 day already. For me it was very crucial thing because I worked remotely and my work required a resilient and stable internet. But this property didn't provide me one, and I was dependent on that poorest internet instead.Thus, IF YOU CONSIDER TO WORK REMOTELY, PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE GETTING HERE, BECAUSE THAT WIFI WILL DRIVE YOU INSANE AND YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO WORK.2. Quite thin walls between the rooms and you can hear much noise from neighbors.3. Though I've mentioned that almost all household stuff was present, some stuff I had to buy by myself, e.g. gloves, salt, sunflower oil, paper towels. These are basic things everyone needs.
