  : Amazing location, excellent room design
  : One of the biggest problems with the property is the lack of staff and generally customer service.We stayed here for 1 week (keeping in mind that we have booked and are paying for a HOTEL not an AIRBNB or a rented APARTMENT).1. During our stay our room was only cleaned once (because we asked them to), garbage and bins were filling up and there are no bins outside for us to take our trash and therefore you can understand that the smell was a bit too much at the time.2. During the stay there was problems with the electricity of the hotel. Our rooms were left without electricity and there was no one to talk to. After we sent a message through booking a lady came to our room and as a nice gesture offered to give us keys to the room next door (that had electricity) to sleep in for the night. The next day though there was no staff here to leave the key card for the extra room to. So i left my key in the room and my friend next door (who had also had the same problem and was offered another room too) took the card with him as he felt it would be safer (AGAIN since theres was no one to leave the key card to). The lady kept calling that we needed to come back to the hotel and forced to stop our tour of the castle and come back (45 minute walk) because apparently she had guests checking in for the room but no extra keycard to give them. After talking to her on the phone (more than 6 calls at that point) we stoped our tour of the castle and walked back 45 minutes only to realize that the guests had already checked in (with another keycard apparently) and surprise surprise there was no one to give the card to. We left it in the box and after two hours received a call that they couldn’t find it.3. They left the housekeeping MASTERCARD on the counter in the reception ALL NIGHT and we found it in the morning. Once we realized it was un attended and could open all doors we were furious! Were is the safety??? We got the card stored it safely and texted them where it was.
