  : I liked the location and the nice apartment with kitchen, table, couch and tv.
  : My flight was delayed so I arrived at 1 am to pick up my key on Skovveien 8. I was booked at Underhaugsveien 15. There was a note on the door saying to ring the door bell and if noone answers, to call a phone number. I rang the door bell and a very annoyed male shouted to me Read the note on the door! Read the note on the door!And then he hung up without listening to what I had to say. I tried to explain that the note said to ring the door bell and that my flight was delayed. Then I rang the number on the door and helpful male answered and were able to open the door for me. Prior to booking, I did not read/understand that I had to pick up the key on a different location. If I knew that before booking, I think I would have chosen another hotel further away from where I had appointments but this was the closest. Also breakfast comes in a bag so no choices there.

  : - The apartment is well equipped and all the basics amenities were covered. - The location is excellent
  : - Difficulty with parking my car. The paid street parking in front of the property is almost always full. Even though Frogner house clearly mentions that they do not cover parking, I did notice many vacant parking spots at the property.. perhaps missed opportunity? - The bed was too soft.. thereby, I did not the have a pleasant sleep - Key collection was at another location more than a kilometer away - not convenient
