  : We reserved room using Mastercard and had confirmation, yet room was given away and we were sent elsewhere. VERY unacceptable
  : No room for us. Reservation was not real, I guess.

  : You got what you paid for. The staff were very helpful, cheery and efficient. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice which was replenished quickly as items were running low.
  : The hotel is tired. We asked to change our initial room as it was next to a quite a noisy lift. Both rooms were basic and small. Nasty little step led into both bathrooms. There is only one option of half board. The evening meal again was simple. Just a soup, salads and a meat/fish option which was precooked. On the second night nothing as a dessert. Busy I’m not sure dessert was included. Cake tea & coffee available late afternoon.

  : Fantastic location in a quiet area but very close to the central area and many tourist requirements. Easy access to the hotel via the train direct from the airport (use the next train stop after the main Oslo rail station to ensure a very short walk to the hotel). Very friendly and helpful reception staff throughout our stay. Room had a fridge which was very useful. Breakfast choice and quality was excellent. The "help yourself" evening meal, while limited in terms of choices, was a significant benefit in a city where eating out is very expensive.
  : While a fridge was provided in the room, the lack of tea and coffee making facilities was an obvious downside.

  : 5 minutes walk from station, bed comfyevening meal was basic but good - lots of tea and coffee available - didnt have breakfast but nice it was all included in the pricefriendly staff
  : for some reason in the rooms opposite the courtyard there are external sun blind automatic that move aboutup theyre fine but when theyre down - and the day i was there it was quite windythey rattle and bang like someone is hammering on the windowit stopped in the evening but its a bit annoying during the day

  : I like that the hotel paid for our taxi to the hotel that they sent us to. The other hotel was not in an area for our friends to find us. We had to meet our friends each day somewhere else.
  : When I booked the room, I stated that our flight was to land at 6pm, so we'd go directly to the hotel from there. The hotel had charged my Master Card for the room around 8pm, so when we arrived around 8pm we were very disappointed to have reception tell us that they hadn't saved the room for us. I booked this hotel for our vacation back in February 2024 for our 2 night stay in June 2024.

  : Breakfast was superb! The room was quiet towards the backyard of the property and the staff very friendly and helpful. Great that dinner also was included.
  : The dinner included was at times short of food due to many hungry tourists. But the cook was very friendly and did his best to help us all, also with vegetarian options that was not on the menu.
