Disappointing

  : The location of the apartment was fine. There were very few other guests, so it was quiet. Ski from door to the slopes. Beautiful view from the apartment.
  : We have stayed at this property many years ago when it was refurbished. It is now no more than an overpriced student accommodation. The hotel, where we picked up the keys was open on our arrival and only after that I had asked about getting a drink at the bar, were we informed by the receptionist, that the bar and restaurant would be closed for the next two days. After our first night, we had a list of things that were not working in the apartment but were unable to do anything as the hotel and reception, were closed. We then found out that the ski lift, coming up to the hotel and apartments, was also not working and would not work for the next 4 days. There was a ski bus but we were not informed about it. Part of the exclusiveness of the resort is the offer of ski in ski out! Ski out was ok, but it was a long walk with skis back to the apartment. Just to put salt on the wound, the hotel published on their Facebook page, the same night that we arrived, that they were open for business and usual, welcoming visitors to their restaurant and bar!

  : The Skarsnuten lift was not in operation after Easter. But if a bummer, but the hotel forewarned us. Easily fixed with a 3 min drive...

  : Great location- friendly staff!
  : For those opting for self cleaning it would be good to have the apartment fitted with a mop and floor cleaning solution so cleaning can be done easily and well. Also a manual for the sauna would be good:-) lights in the living room did not want to switch off.

  : We got quick and friendly help from the host when we locked ourself out of the apartment.
  : communicating with the host on e-mail thru the Booking.com e-mail was difficult and hard to know if it got thru. Ended up calling directly to the host several times instead.
