  : I was overall very satisfied with my stay here, the building is a lovely traditional wooden house with a very cozy atmosphere. I had a superb view over Bergen's harbour. Restaurants, supermarket and all necessities are at walkable distance. I also appreciated the possibility to do the laundry.
  : The only downside is that the place is quite far from the bus stop, so if you're coming by plane or train you will have to walk 15-20 minutes uphill to reach the structure. The shower is also quite small.

  : Location was excellent. Close to both ports, shops, train and tram and centre of the city. We could easily walk everywhere. Laundry freely available and plenty of spare towels, washing powder and other basics. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars close to the accommodation. Having a kitchenette was useful so we could prepare some light meals and was adequate for our needs. The wifi and the ability to have Netflix, tv and music was great. Communication regarding how to access the apartment was excellent, unfortunately we didnt meet the owners during our stay.
  : We felt the pictures on booking.com were of other apartments and did not accurately reflect the smaller apartment we had. It was on ground floor with the bed in full view of everyone walking past so we couldnt leave curtains open at all. There was no-where to sit other than on the bed as only one cane chair could fit in this room. The kitchen was very small with a little table and two fold up chairs but we could barely fit both of us at the table so couldnt sit in there to talk or relax. Shower was also very small compared to pictures of other apartments at the same location on booking.com that showed modern tiled bathrooms. Our bathroom was not tiled and had plastic shower curtain, no door. It great to have a washing machine and dryer available to use, however they were in the basement with a very narrow, steep staircase - if you are elderly or have mobility issues it would be impossible for you to access the laundry. Also there is no view to speak of - out the windows at front, looked at brick wall (but couldnt enjoy this as windows looked into the bed so didnt want passers by looking in so kept curtains drawn) and kitchen window looked onto what appeared to be an old chimney and outdoor area badly in need of repair.

  : No blackout curtains so the street lampilluminated the room at night. Shower room cold when getting out of the shower.
