  : We arrived the night of the Bruce Springsteen concert and were charged a fortune for the first of the three nights we stayed. Even the check in person remarked that he had NEVER seen such exorbitant rates. Location and the breakfast were excellent.
  : Rates, tour bus crowds, for the price we paid - no robes, gym was not functional (vouchers for across the street) ....our room was not made up the first evening - we had to ask....unacceptable for the price we paid.

  : Breakfast was superb and the staff were friendly and engaged well with the guests. Plenty of choices to suit all dietary requirements and the environment was clean, tidy and comfortable.
  : Our room was dirty, small with no air conditioning in a heatwave, twin uncomfortable beds and when the original photo of the booked room (which we had booked and upgraded six months in advance when the hotel was not fully/ majority booked) was shown to the receptionist she pompously told us that the hotel was 98% full and ‘it was an upgrade!’ and stuck a sticker on the key card wallet to make a point! There was a huge conference also staying and it felt we had been shoved into a box room to make way for corporate guests! We have stayed in Radisson Hotels before and were not accustomed to poor service and even lower standards of rooms allocated! We felt like we had been downgraded in favour of the corporate function and the refusal to listen or accept the truth was made worse by the arrogance of the receptionist. Staying there for two nights did cast a cloud as we couldn’t sleep due to the noise as we had to open the windows which didn’t open very far as we couldn’t breathe due to the room being so stuffy with no apparent air conditioning. We would have been more understanding if we had been told the truth not a bare faced lie!

  : Location is pristine. Right on the water. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options. Restaurant on sight is convenient (bar food).
  : I would say that the fitness center is practically nonexistent. There are three machines and a rack of dumbbells in an attic room the size of a hotel room. Staff wasn’t the friendliest. I was asked multiple times “are you leaving today?” I don’t understand what the rush was since I was staying multiple days. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.
