  : Very nice room, excellent welcome, simple to find, thanks to good instructions from the hotel (on my asking)
  : I was distressed to find that the hotel would be closed from 18.00 hrs on the day of my arrival the day before I arrived. I had specially booked somewhere that closed at 21.00 because I had a tight arrival time. I believe it may have been an emergency, but they told me it said this on the Booking.com website but I couldn't find it. I did make it on time (thanks to very good directions, thank you) but it added stress to my journey. Also it could be clearer that if you pay by credit card they add an extra 5% to the bill. Maybe it says that on the site but again, I couldn't find it. Apart from that I found everything excellent, and the welcome was very friendly.
