  : 3 days before my stay I got a message on the hotel's official booking.com account asking me to add card details for payment. The link was to a scam page which looked identical to booking.com, and I lost €418. The hotel clearly has poor online security practices in allowing scammers to access their account. They at no point apologised and when I arrived, no one acknowledged it from start to finish.The next day the hotel also messaged me another external link via their booking.com account asking for credit card details and details of travel documents. This one was apparently genuine, so there really is no way of telling whether it's the hotel or a scammer messaging you.

  : The location is good if you are traveling without a car. Because the hotel cannot offer a parking place included in the price, you need to pay extra.
  : You have to pay extra for a parking spot. Air conditioner has its lights on but doesn’t work.

  : We stayed two nights at Hotel Sebel over the course of a couple of days in the Netherlands and always enjoyed the central location to easily walk into Den Hagues center or explore the local neighbourhood where you have many food options and nice smaller shops. Storing our bikes, even when we were joined by another buddy with his bike, was never a problem and the staff took care of everything. Both times we had room 37 which has a rather nice view of the little square in front of the hotel

  : There is no elevator. The stairs are narrow. If you have luggage, go to another hotel

  : Very steep stairs and basically no elevator , since in the Netherlands rains all the time an umbrella service will be appreciated

  : The location was perfect. Half an hour drive from the Amsterdam Schipol airport. Tram located very close by and lots of shops and supermarkets within walking distance. Some decent food options nearby too, convenience stores and a pub all within walking distance. I booked a suite and the value for money was fantastic. Spacious and clean for 1-2 people.
