  : Excellent location, great restaurant downstairs overall we had a fabulous stay
  : The stairs are very steep in the loft room, not ideal for a toddler but we managed fine, just to note if booking that room with a toddler, I would have preferred a different room but they were full.

  : This a a comfortably furnished apartment hotel, well located and sitting with a beautiful vista of one of Leidens canals. Do not expect reception - check in is via a code to a lockbox. Be aware there is a flight of very steep stairs - lots of reviews state this, so if youre going to have a whinge about them, its not for you. Im just mentioning it so youre not surprised. If they dont worry you, this place is in a perfect peaceful spot. Its a lovely place to stay.
  : Another small bottle of shampoo, dishwashing tablet and washing powder for 2 people staying for a week would have been welcomed, otherwise, no complaints.

  : The view is amazing, very beautiful.
  : The check-in and check-out hours. They were very strict. You should pay extra for each hour that did nor respect the schedulled program.
