  : Excellent hotel. Room was cleaned every day and the interiors were very modern and nice. Loved the wellness center.
  : They forgot to setup my added special package when we checked in. I was going to surprise my new husband, so that failed and €40 wasted. Had to go to reception to ask for it so it wasn't a surprise anymore.

  : The reception guy in night shift during the time of check in was not able to speak good english and was rude. They didnt had proper first aid kit and were saying we dont have this that. Worst experience. Lights would go off during shower. No shower door. Very very small room

  : It was such a great location, everything within a 10 minute walk but nice and quiet at night. Lovely hot tub in room. Cleaning service was good everyday. Reception staff were really helpful and even when I forgot my phone charger, they put my phone on charge for me. They also provided a lovely birthday display for my partner for his birthday, it was an extra £30 but it had a nice touch. Thank you.
  : Didn't really like the breakfast, a bit cold and not much to choose from, there are so many brunch places near by it wasn't worth buying the breakfast there. My towel had a big hole in which I wasn't too pleased about but it did get replaced when we asked for room cleaning service. I undertstand it is a city hotel but we had to keep our curtains shut at all times as we had a view of the back street where homeless people were sleeping outside, not their fault but felt a bit overlooked, we did ask to be placed on a higher floor but we were given the ground floor.
