  : No iron or ironing board in room. Customer service was good but did not help when asked for ironing board. We were told that all iron was in use and will not be available until the morning.

  : Staff are very friendly and try very hard to accommodate you. The coffee machine in our room was broken by previous guests so everytime we wanted a hot drink they were more than happy to make it for us.
  : Rooms are very small. The bed wasn't very comfortable as it was made up with 2 single mattresses that were different heights pushed together, causing them to constantly split apart, which is frustrating for the cost of the place. Rooms weren't soundproof and we could hear those above us and beside us. Unfortunately this place doesn't provide the quality you believe you will be getting due to the pictures provided.

  : Location was great, and the beds were very comfortable so a good nights sleep after some serious walking around the city
  : Ideally there would have been a small lounge for residents. When it was raining wed have liked somewhere to read a book etc.

  : Good location, spacious beautiful room, confortable bed
  : Light in the bathroom didnt work, old fashioned hairdryer that isnt working correctly, not isolated cause very old windows so you hear all the noises from outside and the room temperature is very low, spider webs in corners of the room. And the bedding strongly smells soap.
