  : Dirty sheets, dust and hair everywhere and unidentifiable stains all over the floor

  : Staff, the location, elevator, coffee machine and croissants.
  : The soap dispensers barley worked and we wish it had Soap, Shampoo and conditioner dispensers in shower. The shower was dirty around the perimeter and the sink faucet was loose. Due to the lack of privacy in the toilet deodorizer spar in the bathroom would be nice.

  : The room was flithy, window sills were dirty, there was stains all over the carpets, also crumbs so not been hoovered before our arrival. The bathroom was awful the floor looked dirty which made us not want to step on it, luckily we brought our own towel so we used the other towels to stand on in the bathroom, which soaked the water up as it doesn't go down the drain fast enough so would of ended up flooding the bathroom, The shower dripped all night which when you're only a couple of feet away from the bathroom can be really annoying. The bathroom was glassed and was very see through not good when one of you need the toilet. Staff are very friendly however for the price we paid i wasn't impressed with how dirty the room was.
