  : The location is not too far from the center. Just 20 -25 minutes by tram. The guys at the reception are very helpful. The room space is pretty good for 4 people.
  : The cleaning was not properly implemented. I noticed that the corridor of the floor had not been cleaned during my stay . There was a used cup laying for several days until we requested the cleaning lady to remove it.Also, the breakfast was with a lack of choice. The lady at the canteen registration was acting unprofessional. She was asking many questions about payment for breakfast, not in a nice way. Saying that, she would double-check if payment was correct.

  : The room was clean with basic facilities. We could get a hairdryer from the Reception desk with minimal deposit. It was convenient.Overall we had a comfortable 3 nights stay.

  : Convenient location near airport, affordable option if your flight gets cancelled (my case) or you have an early flight. Airport can be reached easily via tram-train combination.
  : Room could use more gadgets, like a hairdryer and more toiletries. My breakfast was included in the room rate, if you have to pay extra I would go elsewhere, it isn't great.

  : Breakfast was one of the worst. there were no options other than bread and some fruits. very boring. one of the worst breakfast i have had under the brand Ibis. not at all a value for money. We were a group of 4 adults and 1 kid. i had booked 2 rooms. the room with 2 adults+1 kid was so small and cramped. i booked for a large room with 200+sft as per it was described in booking.com. Reality was a small cramped room with no space for a table/chair/dustbin even! The staff at the breakfast counter did not have the updated information that i booked room with breakfast. she was very rude and made us wait even after telling her with booking details that i had paid for breakfast for both rooms that i had booked. It very embarrassing in front of other guests to be honest. once she confirmed she was not even saying a sorry. i travelled with my parents who are 70+, she did not even show the respect to seniors at least. She could have allowed us inside and done her validation later on her own if she does not trust us and made the customer pay later if needed. Customers are not crazy to book the property with breakfast and then again wait in line being accused of not paying breakfast!! ridiculous. The staff at the reception while entering the property for check-in itself was untrained and had poor manners. Not at all pleasant and rude to the most. they should be trained on what is basic hospitality.Customers are not coming for a vacation to see the grumpy face of hotel staff. a warm and pleasant face can improve the experience miles ahead. please train your staff on hospitality is my humble request.
