  : There was a good selection of food at breakfast. The place was very relaxing and quiet. Nice pool to chill in the afternoon.
  : Bed was a bit uncomfortable. They offer an evening meal but that was no good for us as the only choice was fish.

  : An EXCELLENT place to relax. Quiet place in olive garden, comfortable bungalows. And delicious dinner made right here
  : No direct access to the sea. In my case not that important, but when I checked location on the map - the sea seemed to be quite close. But I didn't took into consideration the relief of the territory - it was a side of the hill

  : The facility overall was amazing. Stuff and owner were really nice and welcoming. Bungalow that we stayed in was quite spacious and cozy. You are surrounded by olive trees in facility. Apart from that my girlfriend really liked the swings that you have.
  : The thing that we didnt like much is that the pool was a bit dirty but since its a bit windy area it collects the leafs and bugs over there so I can understand. Road was kind of like a path so it was a little bumpy. My car is used to it so its fine. We also run out of hot water for shower quite fast I dont know why.

  : We felt so relaxed there. The property and estate is beautiful. Breakfast was like a show, so much variety. The meal we were served at night was simple, fresh, tasty and filling.We stayed in one of the tents. The toilet / shower was separate but private which was good. We really enjoyed the shower outside! Very refreshing.
  : As others have commented, breakfast was served after 9:30. It was 9:40 I think by the time it all came out. We were in a rush to return our car but decided to wait for breakfast as we heard it was so nice!! It was the best breakfast we had over our stay in Montenegro and Croatia but was a pain to wait around for it and had to rush off after 5 minutes.. a bit of flexibility would of been good. Also, in the tent, you can hear all the clubs in Ulcinj on a Friday night. It was hard to sleep. Then we were awoken by another guest at 5:30am who was starting their daily prayers.

  : The location is superb - on the hill, the bungalows are dispersed between old olive trees, overlooking the sea, just beautiful. Delicious and fresh breakfast with lot of options to choose. Nice quiet and tranquil place.
  : Where to start We booked the place based on the good reviews and were unpleasantly surprised. I dont know about the other bungalows but ours (Nr.8) felt like little forgotten. The whole window frame just fell out when we tried to open the window. Maybe not the most important thing to fix but would be nice from the owner to at least warn us, because someone could have been sitting under it. The cupboard door hanging in one screw as well. The bedsheets were with holes and there were no blanket so we just layered all the sheets and towels we could find. But the worst of all - bedbugs. First we thought we have been bitten by the cat fleas, until I squashed one bug on the bed, full of blood.
