  : The location of this hotel has the most beautiful views. We had a sea view room and it was truly stunning. This is a small boutique hotel where they take great pride in the details. The breakfast included is excellent with hot options available from the menu and a lovely buffet as well. My favourite spot in the hotel was on the bean bags they put on the pontoon where you feel like you are floating. The staff here are friendly and attentive and warm. I loved my stay so much I booked in for an additional night.

  : This Balkan journey turned out to be my worst experience, leaving me with a strong sense of being deceived. I wholeheartedly advise against choosing this hotel for the following reasons: 1. This hotel exhibits an astonishing lack of friendliness. I had initially planned to visit visa-free Serbia and also make a trip to Montenegro because I was concerned about the Croatian visa potentially not being processed in time. Given my concerns about hotel availability during the National Day holiday period, I proactively made hotel reservations in advance, including one at Hotel Forza Terra in Kotor. However, when our Croatian visa was successfully obtained at the end of September, we decided to cancel our plans to visit Croatia and Montenegro. During this process, every other hotel graciously assisted us in canceling our reservations, except for Hotel Forza Terra. Their discourteous and uncooperative behavior made the experience exceptionally uncomfortable. 2. Inconsistent pricing between different platforms and the hotel's official website is misleading. Initially, we booked a stay for October 1st through Booking.com. However, due to their refusal to cancel, we had to rearrange our Croatian itinerary and add a trip to Montenegro, changing our stay to October 4th. Later, I discovered that the same room type was available on other platforms for only 4,000 RMB, and the hotel's official website listed it at 650 euros, while we were charged 1,000 euros. Their explanation to us was that prices vary at different times. Are they trying to suggest that the earlier you book, the higher the price? Moreover, there's hardly a significant difference between October 1st and October 4th, and neither of these dates falls on a weekend or holiday. Could the price difference really be that substantial? 3. The room rates are outrageously high.
