  : Staff were excellent. Location of hotel was good, roughly 15 minutes and 13-15 (taxi fare) to get to old town, with an hourly bus also available. The section we stayed in was clearly brand new and well equipped - when the facilities worked - we had issues with power sockets and electric blinds 2 mornings (maintenance were very fast to arrive, fix and be confused by the cause both times ... Still). Hot tub on the roof was very nice to have, despite lacking privacy from other villas. Breakfast service and food were good. While we didn't eat dinner on site the small giro & beer "late-night-esque" option was enjoyed more than once! Added convenience of a small supermarket right there for stocking up your room.My wife and I definitely felt that Kotor is poised to change a lot in the coming years - this was a great play to stay and check it out while we could.2 people 30-35yo 3 nights
  : A few minor annoyances for example the position of the hot tub on the top floors gave little to no privacy from the adjoining villa. Some fuse issue caused us to have uncharged phones & non-working amenities 2 out of our 3 mornings. For some reason the shower set off the smoke alarm in our room. Nothing major, just things you would hope to not have to deal with for the price and for the "5-star" tag.

  : Unfortunately, we could not find the service we expected, we can say that it was a bad holiday experience. There were electricity and hot water problems at home. We couldn't take a hot shower for 2 days and they couldn't find any solution to it. (And the funny thing is, they had this problem every year) The employees were friendly but not solution-oriented. In short, you never get what you pay for. We advise you to stay away from those with strict rules.
