  : A great location with spectacular views of the bay. Good facilites and the breakfast next to the bay was a great way to start the day.
  : Only downside was the mattress was a bit creaky and uncomfortable aside from that I thought the rest of the facilities were very good.

  : The location was nice, with a great view of the bay and mountains from our room. Most employees were nice and very welcoming. The room was okay.
  : We were upset that they made us leave our room before the usual hotel check-out hours (12:00). We wanted to better enjoy the only day with sun that we got and then take a shower before leaving, but we were basically kicked out. Also, the room wasn't cleaned every day, as most hotels do, so it got dirty as the days went by. The restaurant at the hotel was good but a bit expensive.

  : The pictures do not show the actual condition.Strong smell of dampness, the windows do not seal, the bed mattress is very worn, old furniture. The shade on the window in the room cannot be moved.Upon arrival, we had to pay for our stay immediately before seeing the room.
  : I can only praise the excellent breakfast.

  : The view near the hotel was impressive. The breakfast was great, many varieties of types and so delicious, also the dinner that we tried was good, although all was a little bit overpriced.
  : The photos before booking didnt fit the final room. The bathroom was on bad conditions.

  : The view is amazing...no argument about that. The waiters are great. They like being helpful. Again a great plus.Breakfast is ok but a bit oily after a while. Their lunch and dinner is good.
  : The room is old, shabby and not well kept. 1) the floor was not clean. Despite asking it to be cleaned, the dead fly remained behind our door through our 5 day stays.2) the mattress is horrible. Makes too much noise, you end up falling in the middle. I couldn't sleep all through our stay.3) there are not enough plug outlets. You cannot use the bedside lamps because then you cannot charge your phone or other equipment. You cannot charge your laptop without unplugging the TV because there are not enough plugs.4) bathroom smelled moldy and when you use the shower all water comes out.5) the room did not get vacuumed not mopped during our 5 day stay (4 nights and 5 days)6) the curtains were dirty and old7) there are no hangers in the bathroom to hang the bath towels. 8) bathroom door creaks loudly and no one has thought about oiling it.9) the room door doesn't close easilyBasically we couldn't enjoy sitting and chilling in our room.If they fix all of these things then the place would be a gem with its impeccable view!!

  : We stayed there in the off-season when most of the hotels seemed to be closed in Kotor. We had to warm the room with the A/C unit but cannot complain. The small heater in the bathroom was a nice touch. The room was spacious and had the necessary equipment in the kitchen. Warm water was running too. I imagine it would be a great spot in summer. The rooms are above the restaurant owned by the same establishment. The breakfast is served there and I have to say it was one of the best we experienced in a hotel of this size. Although we didn't have time to try, I'm guessing from the look of it that they serve great dinner too. The best thing about the place was the kind staff who went out of their way to help us (I appreciate it Brate!).
