  : Great location!
  : The host totally ruined our stay with her exploding responses we dared to asked for appropriate amount of sheets as soon as possible (there was only for 3 people instead of 4 and one was covered in some dirt), parking card and to how to get the washing machine working. We even left a day early because we felt so uncomfortable there after the implolite communication from the host. When we asked about the washing machine, it had a blinking tap error, and she kept insisting that I just didn't close the door well and i will break her machine while it was a clear water related error. Then when I asked for a solution She told us we always complain and she cannot wait for us to leave and that we should leave now and she gives back the money. Then she said they are coming very soon...was not clear if they were coming to indeed make us leave or to help fix the machine... so we were sitting there in the lobby in stress for 1.5 hours and we couldn't even have dinner as it was in the evening. Finally, 3 men showed up to look at the machine, and they showed us that a button had to be turned on, but it still didn't work. Then they said there is no water in the whole building thats why it doesn't work. So we couldn't shower that night either. The guys told us not to text the host anymore because she is on vacation, and we can rather knock on their door living opposite of usIn the morning the water was back but the machine still didn't work so we knocked on the door as requested but no one opened anymore.

  : Easy to locate, the receptionist provided us with the keys. The host texted several times to check if everything is fine. Nice view from the balcony.
  : We only chose this apartment because of the pool/spa pictures featured right away. Nobody informed us that the pool just happens to be located at the same building and there's a separate pricing for the entrance. For 3 adults, even with a 50% discount, it was way more expensive than just staying at a nice hotel with spa and breakfast included. The toiletries are absent, so overall the stay was quite far from a luxury experience.

  : we didnt booked room with breakfast
  : We stayed four nights, and the host only provided a cleaning service once. We even called for the cleaning, and she mentioned that the room doesnt come with cleaning service, i was shocked cos most hotel apartment comes with cleaning. The bathroom was a mess; when we bathe? The water comes out and messes up the remaining space. We complained to the staff, but nothing was done during our stay. No cleaning tools were provided, so we had made to buy rolls of tissues to keep cleaning the place up daily after use. The room was freezing after spending hours and unable to work the heater. The host was called, and she guided us. In the end? We left the city very sick due to too cold, and the heater went off and on for a long time. Overall, the room is beautiful, but the host can do better.
