  : Private bathrooms are outside the room and therefore a bit awkward as you bump into other guests at odd times. The staff is virtually non-existent for a B&B place and somewhat inflexible- for example check-in is late- well past 2pm.

  : The room had 1 terrace, which was lovely. The room was located very well and the kitchen provided us with a delicious coffee provided by the host. A bigger car might find difficulties to access the parking spot.

  : The place is nice, there's a small garden with a few tables and chairs.
  : First of all, this not a B&B. B&B (Bed & Breakfast) means that you'd have the option of a breakfast (with or without fees), or at least that you'd have the possibility of preparing your own breakfast. The "B&B" Fralillo has a nice and big kitchen that your are NOT allowed to use!Second, the owner/manager, Mr. Francesco, is not flexible at all and is very cold. When I made the booking I didn't pay attention to the check-in and check-out time (my mistake) which turned out to be very strict (compared to other accomodations). The check-in must be done by 07:00 pm; however we had booked a train that would arrive at 07:17 pm which means 07:30 at the accomodation. Mr. Francesco said he has a dinner so we have to arrive at 07:00 sharp, which I understand it's his right, but communicated in a very unpleasant way. The next day the checkout must be done by 10:00 am we asked if we could check out at 10:30 am since our train was at 11:00 from the nearby station and we want to see more of the charming city of Verona. Mr. Francesco did not allow us to stay more, neither to leave our (heavy) bags in the apartment to pick them up. He said that the cleaner will come at 09:30 and leave at 10:00 so we have to "come in on time". I'm still wondering how is it possible that the janitor cleans the room from 09:30 to 10:00 while the checkout is possible until 10:00? We could have simply left our stuff in the common area until the room is cleaned AFTER the checkout.Overall, this was the only bad experience I had during my stay in Italy since all the other hosts were very nice and friendly which is why I book B&Bs and guest houses instead of hotels.
