  : The location of the property was great, just a 10 minute walk to the arena. The bed was comfy and shower room was good. Staff were helpful when we checked in and called us a taxi to the airport when we checked out.
  : The room and hotel felt tired and in need of repair - lights and wall ornaments were half hanging off. The air con was poorly positioned so it was hard to cool the room. Breakfast was good but there was no kettle in the room or hotel facilitates to make drinks. We were confused on arrival as all signs were for Hotel Marco Polo not Gallery Rooms, including on the key card we were given.

  : The hand held shower over the bath. This is our only criticism.

  : The stay at the hotel was totally unpleasant. The welcoming at the reception was bad, the receptionist was rude and her English were not enough to communicate. We asked to select a room as during booking it was written the room will be selected by us at the arrival. This was not possible and we were given a room we didnt like at all. We asked to use the parking spot which was reserved for hotel guests as the garage they told us was fully booked and although the space was free the receptionist told us to go look for another place besides the sign! The room didnt offer the basics-not even a free bottle of small water, no possibility to make a coffee or a tea, no hair conditioner, not even hangers. Also the sink was clogged. I called the receptionist to request to change the room, she told me she will call later but never did. Breakfast was poor quality not even fresh bread available. Staff at breakfast totally disorganised. I would never go back.
