  : The host was excellent! He was thorough explaining everything and helpful with directions and bussing details.
  : Our lamp didn't work and being next to the airport was loud. It was extremely convenient if you don't mind the noise. 20 mins. to Venice Islands by bus only a short walk from location.

  : it was reasonably priced
  : it would have been good to have a kettle cup etc to make tea or coffee. airport was close but difficult to find - had to cab it there, but could find my way back to airport ok in the morning.

  : Perfect location for a first night in or last night out of the Venice airport. Staff was very friendly and flexible, letting me check in early to ditch my bags and salvage the day after a flight cancellation. Know it's not a luxury hotel, with shared bathrooms and sparse room decor, but for what it is it is great. It really is walking distance from the airport and you can also take a bus to get just within a few blocks.
  : Took a while for the hot water to kick in in the shower.

  : The walk from the airport to the B&B passes a busy road without a side walk so quite dangerous. Luca is a really nice host, the room itself is fine and clean but not special, the beds are okay. Unforetunately there was no airco in the room, but Luca provides two ventilators.
  : Airco would be very nice during the hot days (it was 30 degrees when I stayed there). The room could use some nice decoration, e.g. a mirror and a nice chair to sit in.

  : Hotel is in walking distance to the airport so perfect as we had an early morning flight the next day. The hotel was spotless and the bed was really comfortable, i had a good nights sleep. It was perfect for us.

  : Poor lighting, no heating, general dowdiness of all spaces (reminds me of pensioni in the 1970's !), over-familiarity of proprietor, weird confirmation diatribe, no receipt given.

  : Owner does his best to try and make your stay comfortable and explain the price versus surrounding area. It is clean. Restaurant "Cafe Vero" close by was excellent and good value. OK for back packers.
  : Nothing Lagoon about it. It is a house with 4 rooms up two flights of stairs. It is a hostel at best and not worth the rate in our opinion. My wife was uncomfortable there and had to leave the window open and blinds open to allow air in. No air conditioning and two single beds which was adequate. We walked from the airport which was ok. One point close to the main road with luggage partially on the pavement and dirt. Mind you our trip with Gate1 and cruise were in high end places so this was a huge drop off for the one night we needed before catching our flight. Doesn't take a credit card so need cash only, USD or Euros.
