  : It’s in a quiet area.
  : The receptionist who was present when we arrived more like a robot than a human. He had no emotions, interest in us and actually no facial expressions. It was extremely creepy. The first thing he said when we arrived was “passports!”. No “buena sera” or “how was your trip?”.I was under the impression that the shuttle bus from the airport would be free. It’s not. It’s 15 euros. For a total distance of 1300 metres (!!!). We ended up walking both to and from the airport. I had hoped the breakfast would be free. It’s not. It’s 10 euros. The toilet seat was in bad shape and was not properly installed. I had ordered a twin bed, but got a double bed. It’s unbelievable that the hotel has four stars. Two would be emore appropriate.When I was leaving I was greeted in any way whatsoever, just asked if I had something from the minibar. On a whole, Tessera is an ugly place. I suggest not staying there. At least not on this hotel.

  : We could not get anything but hot water from the shower. There is no restaurant at this resort. We went to eat at the restaurant across from the resort and they were extremely rude. So we walked back to the main road and found a good take away pizza spot.

  : The location was ideal! It was in the country but close to some local restaurants. The bus stop is very close to the hotel and was easy to get to/from Venice. We arrived before check-in. They allowed us to use the pool until we were able to check-in. They also have a shuttle to the airport for 20 euros. The breakfast was abundant and tasty.
  : My family and I stayed at this hotel twice. We reserved two rooms on both occasions. The room I stayed in had a peculiar chemical order (it may have been a smoking room). I stayed in the same room twice. The smell aired out with the windows open. The other rooms smelled normal.

  : My kids enjoyed the pool and the water was nice and clear/clean. The patio area was nice for eating dinner also.
  : Without a car, VERY limited food options for dinner without taking the bus somewhere into town. We had to walk several minutes to a pizza place and it was the only option. Because our flight was early- the shuttle wasn't running yet so we had to pay a 60 euro fee for a 5 minute ride to the airport. I didn't think it was worth it but it was the only option we had. In our room, the upstairs AC barely worked and three of us sleeping upstairs were sweating all night. The wine at the bar was not very good. Especially for being in Italy- wine country. At many other locations where we stayed, the drinks were much better quality. Finally, at the pool, most of the lawn chairs had bird poop on them, were broken, or were dirty. Wasps had also nested under the concrete next to the pool along one side (opposite the wall with the steps into pool) so we had to be careful where we stepped to avoid them! A simple deep clean and pest control would probably do wonders for the outdoor area :)

  : Very friendly and informative staff. Quiet. Super comfortable bed. Lovely pool. 18 minute walk/ 4 minutes drive from airport. Bus stop to Venice 5 minutes walk away.

  : That the hotel did have a pool available until 8 pm.
  : Very rude staff that barely acknowledged your presence. The room was right near the front desk so you could hear conversations of others all day The TV in room was size of a laptop screen. The shower was tiny. The pool was not the cleanest and the room was tight.
