  : Great place in general, close to the train station, (and thus to Jewish quarter), quite spacious. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, making sure you feel welcome and accommodated (e.g. providing quite detailed recommendations in terms of what to see and where to eat). The apartment has a design flare. The building where it is located, is a former factory turned into a living space, so a rare example of modern housing in Venice.
  : Proximity to the train station also means that you are rather far from the city center. There were a lot of mosquitoes at night (don’t know, if it was common to this part of the town), so a mosquito net, a spray or a repeller device could come handy. Also as a suggestion, a basic supply of water/coffee/tea/olive oil is customary to have in the apartment with a kitchenette.
