  : The staff was very helpful, very nice and pleasant. The restaurant had a wonderful view when I went down for breakfast and the location was also perfect - close to restaurants, the ferry and bus and also some spots worth seeing. In general I had a comfortable stay.
  : My room was fairly tiny, but as I wasn't there for a long period and also travelled alone, that was okay. One downside in my room though was that it was fairly noisy. Unfortunately, the people walking on the metal stairs and the bar music from outside was a little bothersome.

  : Well located hotel to access other parts of Lake Como. Our room was on the corner of the 7th floor, and we had a fantastic view on two sides. The beds were very comfortable. Good buffet breakfast. Excellent staff in the restaurant/breakfast room - I would like to specifically thank Maila and Joel for making us feel very welcome and starting our day off well every morning. A few fair/good restaurant options around.
  : The fixtures and fittings in the room were fairly basic. The shower was very small. The hotel itself a bit tired. The single lift which could only deal with one destination at a time was quite a pain. Some of the staff on reception were a little bit stuffy. Tremezzo and the villages either side are very quiet, to the point of feeling abandoned, but again this may be to do with the season. While we had a relaxing few days, in hindsight I would not have spent so much time in this part of Lake Como.

  : This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are dated & tiny, they look nothing like the pictures, the bathroom would be impossible to get into if you are above average size, the showers only have temperatures of either freezing or boiling & the noise is terrible at night. When I went to reception to complain there was many other people making the same complaints & the receptionists just roll their eyes & smirk at each other & tell you to complain to booking.com. They genuinely dont care. Horrible experience & horrible waste of money that ruined 2 days of our trip. The pool looks big & like a nice location in the pictures but its actually tiny & in a derelict spot out the back of the hotel where there are dirty mops & brushes lying all over the place & no lake view.

  : A very pleasant hotel, view of the lake from the balcony is amazing. Also, an excellent terrace for breakfast with the most beautiful view in Tremezzo. The rooms are small and poorly equipped, but everything is very clean. The staff is friendly. Recommendation: take a room with a lake view on the 4th or 5th floor and ask for a room as far away from the elevator as possible.
  : The elevator squeaks, and you can hear it every time when the doors open in the rooms near the elevator. The walls are very thin, and everything can be heard between the rooms. You can also hear the noise from the street and every passing car, so it's not ideal for people who have trouble sleeping. Bed is uncomfortable and too small for two.
