  : location was goodview from the terrace was very good
  : kitchen utensils were in bad conditionthe apartment is on 4th floor without elevator. It was difficult to climb with suitcases. there were spider webs and spiders in the apartment. So I dont think it cleaned well.

  : great location and great view.
  : need to climb up 70 stairs (no elevator) and carry up heavy suitcases. no soap or shampoo, no wine glasses, was hard to adjust the shower water temperature. reported on missing light in the stairway but no one fixed it.

  : location is superb. close to everything. amazing view. good working AC/heating system. bed was comfortable, linens are snow white
  : shower!!!! could not make it work, very little water. but I think its common in old buildings

  : The decor is delightful and the accommodation shows the touch of loving care.The view over the lake from the bedroom window and terrace is stunning.
  : The climb up 72 steps is a challenge , but good daily exercise.we were not instructed about opening the main door to the street, but Impero responded promptly to the problem.

  : The view from the balcony was gorgeous and the location was perfect to explore Stresa and the Borromean Islands. Having two balconies to make the most of the sun was also great. It had everything I needed for a short stay. Very easy to get hold of the hosts and they put up with me being blonde about getting into the lock box!
  : Some of the fittings were not very smart, for example the casing around the plug socket kept coming off. There were some slight imperfections, i.e it's not luxury or maybe as smart as a mid-range/chain hotel room but perfectly adequate and the views were the main feature anyway. Bathroom wasn't very big.
