  : Excellent location, the apartment was big, spacious and clean.
  : Another set of keys is necessary, not enough cutlery, no bread board, and no towel racks in the bathrooms.

  : Great location, great apartment close to shops, restaurants and supermarket. Clean fresh and bright. Lovely dining areas and couches. Extra bedding available. There is a hairdryer. Easy communications and payment.
  : Not enough basics within facilities such as broom, mop, cloths, hand soap or dish soap. So became hard to keep place clean as it is not cleaned by owners in 3 day stay. Needs general maintenance, lots of loose bits hanging off or broken and lying in drawers in bedroom. Could benefit from bathroom floor towels as slipped badly in one of the bathrooms after shower. Wifi slow.

  : Convenient to lake, supermarket and town square. View of the lake and Alps was lovely. No complaints and highly recommend this property.
  : Unlocking the door of the apartment was tricky but the host provide an excellent video on how to access the property. Once you know the method, it was fine.

  : Bed in the lounge area was not comfortable - eventually the couple over 60 years had to put the bed on the floor to sleep properly - all the rooms were acceptable -- Also to little toilet paper supplied for 8 people over 2 nights

  : Large apartment.Good location.Nice balcony
  : Without an air conditioner the apartment is just too hot to the point that you simply can't stay in it in the hot summer days. the supplied fans are useless. During the night you either leave the windows open and cope with the mosquitoes or suffocate. There is no soap in the showers and bathroom, no sugar, no salt, no oil. You have to buy everything. In other apartments on our trip they provided all of those.The internet connection is very very slow.Not all the lights work.The elevator is very small.The parking is tiny. Everyone needs to get out of the car before parking and I had to fold the mirrors to get into the parking space.The apartment doesn't look as good as in the photos.
