  : The Studio Apartment was in a good location and close to amenities.
  : No arrangements to meet us at the apartment - I had to ring them to get the code for key. Apartment was very sparsely equipped. One pillow each, one pot towel, only 3 coat hangers in wardrobe, insufficient pans and crockery nowhere to set down luggage or any belongings, no shelf in shower for soap, broken shower head, no shelves in bathroom for toiletries. A fold down double bed which was very uncomfortable. No comfortable seating at all in apartment. We left 2 days before end to stay in a comfortable hotel.

  : The area is delightful and Casa Lari is well placed for access. The room was of a reasonable size and the bathroom was practical. The equipment met the schedule supplied by Booking.com
  : Reception was rather confusing as it was done by phone and we were directed to the wrong room. The wife of the owner then arrived and put us straight as to which apartment was ours. After she had gone we realised that the bed had only an undersheet and pillow and remembering the other apartment which was vacant and had a bed-cover and I was tired and ready for bed, we borrowed it so as not to disturb the owner. This did not go down well!!!

  : super convenient, the apartment was very well designed (it was a fold down bed that was surprisingly comfortable). We were a bit worried about street noise, but there was no problem as it was a pretty quiet street. EVERYTHING was a 5-10 minute walk. It was simple, well designed accommodation at a significant discount to other choices. All restaurants, the lake, and the two nearby supermarkets are really 5 minutes away. The train station is 8 minutes by foot. TV & internet work well. The host was charming. We would suggest you get the gate entry codes before arrival to ensure an efficient entry.
  : not much, just a tiny bit of confusion on arrival (as we were early), but the hosts were charming.

  : The property price was incorrectly listed and owner asked for the cleaning fee to be paid for on top of price advertised and agreed upon. The cleaning fee of 45 euro was stated as included on my confirmation which I showed him but he stated that was a Booking.com error ! so despite records to show otherwise I had to pay the extra for cleaning fee. . This is the first time this has occurred and I have used Booking.com many times.

  : Great location, close to centre of town but on a side street so quiet. owner met us on arrival and was very helpful. Property well equipped, bed very comfortable .
  : Lay out was poor. Bedroom contained bed plus sofabed. TV on wall in kitchen and only way to watch it was on upright kitchen chairs, so not very inviting. Cant understand why either the TV was not in bedroom or ideally a couple of armchairs in corner of kitchen to relax in to watch. Had booked a balcony apartment but unlike pictures balcony looked out over other buildings not the garden, which was quite disappointing. No where to sit in garden as chairs there appeared to belong to another apartment. Bedside lamp only on one side of bed. Plug for hairdryer did not fit the hairdryer so had to dry hair elsewhere without a mirror. Overall the decor looked rather cheap, basic and unattractive. Quite expensive overall for standard of accomodation.
